Daily IT Style: February 5, 2020

Happy hump day! How is your Wednesday going? It’s been a busy busy week for me. Also, I’m sad to report that the weather today has taken a turn back to the cold. I really dislike those days where the temperature goes down throughout the day, don’t you?

Anyway, here’s what I wore to work today. Comfy, cozy, and preppy was the order of the day. I love this sweater, but sometimes I wish that it was a V-neck, so I could show off whatever shirt I might choose to pair it with. Also, pay no attention to my tuft of hair that chose to do its own thing and say hi.

For those of you who may follow me on Twitter, you may know that I have recently acquired a hacking/penetration testing tool (called a USB Rubber Ducky, if you’re curious) so that I can learn how hacks/exploits work with some hands-on experience. I have to say, it’s been REALLY fun so far, with what little I have done. I have also decided to order a lock pick set to play around with. Why? The best way to learn about vulnerabilities and exploits is to learn how to do them yourself. That way, you can help spot a potential problem, and learn what to do about it. I might try to find ways to post about my learning journeys on here. I hope you find it interesting!

Have a great day!

What am I wearing?
