Happy Friday, everyone! How was your week? Mine wasn’t too terribly bad, thankfully. Parts of it were actually quite good.
For those of you who may not know, I’m trying to get into the cybersecurity industry, ideally focusing on security awareness and education. One of the most prominent figures in the field, Dr. Jessica Barker, was so very kind enough to write a post about me on her LinkedIn profile, in hopes that someone out there might actually hire me to help me get started on my journey.
One thing led to another, and soon Perry Carpenter, another figurehead in the industry, also chimed in, and reposted it on his profile as well. What an amazing, and very humbling experience, let me tell you. Fingers crossed that something good comes out of it. I’m putting it out there into the universe! 🙏🏼
